"My journey into wellness began in college, where I first sought yoga for its therapeutic comfort. It quickly became a vital practice, offering a necessary grounding in a busy world. The real game-changer, however, was discovering Inferno Hot Pilates (IHP). The moment I took my first class, I felt an instant, electric connection.
Practicing both yoga and IHP has fundamentally transformed my inner life. When life becomes overwhelming, yoga helps me stay grounded and connected to myself. Pilates is where I find my fire, feeling undeniably strong and empowered. This internal resilience is what allows me to be a better employee, family member, and partner.
My teaching is built on one core belief: You are stronger than you know. I see it every day as students challenge themselves and find a resilience they didn't know they possessed. In my IHP and IHP2 classes, you can expect a perfectly calibrated balance of challenge and support. I design every session to meet you where you are, then gently nudge you past your perceived limits. You won't just walk away with a stronger body; you'll leave with a profound sense of empowerment, building mental fortitude that lasts far beyond the mat."

"For me, the physical postures of yoga were simply the key that unlocked a deeper spiritual awareness. Standing on the mat evolved from an exercise routine to a daily dialogue with my spirit—a process of getting to know my tendencies, challenging my beliefs, and learning to trust myself. Years later, my practice came full circle when I found the 8 Limbs of Yoga. This ancient wisdom provided the foundational 'backbone' that connected the physical movement to a truly sustainable way of living.
Yoga has become the alchemy of my life. Spiritually, the 8 Limbs give me a framework for checking in on my inner and outer world, constantly encouraging me to acknowledge the shadow but choose to stay in the sunlight. This practice reminds me to check in with the 'posture' of my mind just as often as I move my body.
My philosophy distills down to one intention: I want you to connect to your own inner guidance. Slow down, find the deeper meaning, and move authentically—the practice of Svadhyaya (self-study). My classes are intentionally hypnotic and fun, blending awareness of the breath and feeling with the wisdom of the sutras, often with a sound bath to finish. You will always walk away with the permission to fully be yourself and the opportunity to go deeper into your own truth."

“A single high school class planted the first seed, but my true 'a-ha' moment didn't come until years later, when I finally established my own daily, at-home practice. It was in that sustained personal ritual that I felt the undeniable shift—the realization that this practice was an invaluable source of grounding and presence that I was deeply inspired to share.
The most profound transformation has been in how I navigate my daily life. Consistent practice taught me patience, presence, and a steady inner listening that I simply didn't possess before. It's softened how I relate to myself, allowing me to meet every challenge—from the mundane to the monumental—with more breath and curiosity. Yoga became my anchor in this wild, chaotic world, transforming into a way of living, not just a workout.
My teaching philosophy is centered on creating a grounded, curious space where you can explore both the familiar and the new. We focus on how you move, breathe, and respond on the mat, because that practice prepares you for life off the mat, enhancing your ease and resilience. My classes blend functional fitness, somatic awareness, and breathwork, weaving in principles of neuroplasticity. You'll leave feeling more connected to yourself, building new patterns of movement and confidence that will serve you everywhere.”

"For me, the true magic of the practice lies in the final, quiet moment of Savasana. Everything softens, issues break down, and in that release, profound clarity is found. This is the spark that motivates me to share yoga with others every day.
This practice has done more than keep me physically healthy; it has become a way of life. It governs my interactions, teaching me to take a necessary breath in conflict that allows me to deliver a measured response rather than a reaction. It is a daily commitment to kindness and transparency.
My philosophy is that Yoga is a remembering of the enlightened you. The breath, the postures, and the moving meditation serve as a powerful reconnection to our true, authentic selves. I sequence my classes to empower all bodies and experience levels, ensuring that while the movements are challenging, the environment is always fun, invigorating, and full of laughter. You will walk out feeling invigorated and accomplished, having tapped into a revitalized state of being."

“I was first drawn to yoga during a period of intense transition when life felt heavy. I was seeking support for my nervous system, but I didn't anticipate how deeply it would reach me. More than once, I found myself quietly releasing emotions in Savasana—a healing that left me feeling steadier, clearer, and immensely grounded. My curiosity led me to teacher training, and the desire to share this profound sense of coming home is what keeps me teaching.
The practice changed me in ways I didn't expect, most notably by making me aware of my habit of holding my breath during anxiety. Learning how to breathe has fundamentally shaped how I move through every challenging moment, both on and off the mat. For someone who has always tended toward anxiety, the simple acts of grounding and pausing have become a vital part of my daily rhythm, helping me to come back to myself.
My intention for you is simple: I want you to feel more centered and present. Hot Yoga is a metaphor for life—it teaches you to stay calm and intentional when the heat is high. My approach blends yoga, pranayama, and mindfulness, creating a space that is gently introspective. You can expect to leave feeling a bit more rooted, calmer, and clearer than when you arrived, with a renewed sense of connection to yourself and our community."

"My movement journey started with Pilates, initially recommended to strengthen my voice and free up my movement for performing. As a dancer, transitioning to yoga was a natural progression. I was captivated by how strong and deeply connected to myself these practices made me feel—a profound discovery I immediately wanted to share. Frankly, this practice has kept me healthy and sane.
My commitment is to support you and provide a safe, creative space for you to connect to yourself. My classes honor tradition but are customized for the student navigating today's complex world. I firmly believe that music and movement together are a powerful tool for deep internal work, blending challenging sequences with a fun, lighthearted spirit. My greatest reward is seeing that 'light turn on' when students realize there is always a way to be successful as an individual. The practice is meant to be joyful. When you leave my class, my hope is that you aren't thinking about the poses or the music, but simply about how good you feel in your own skin."

"Movement has always been my primary language—whether through sports, dance, or hiking, it was my go-to way to release and recharge. However, after experiencing yoga, that physical release transformed into a profound connection of mind, body, and breath, turning every practice into an exploration of my own limitless capacity. The true "a-ha" moment in yoga was the realization that my edge wasn't a barrier, but a doorway. Through focused attention, breathwork, and trust, I learned that when I met that point of discomfort, expansion was always possible. This revelation was profound: I held all the power to heal, transform, and expand, simply by staying present. The motivation to teach was born the moment I began using this practice off the mat—applying that same breath and trust to challenges of daily life.
The discovery of Pilates added a crucial physical layer to this transformation. For years, I suffered from chronic back pain, a result of the physical demands of caring for my son, who didn't walk until he was five years old. Pilates completely healed my back pain, proving that true stability and a pain-free life reside in core health. It made me realize how all of our ease and stability is rooted in a healthy core.
If I could distill my teaching philosophy down to one core intention, it would be this: You are your own powerhouse! You already have the magic to heal, transform, and grow—I’m just here to help you plug into the outlet. Think of the mat as our sweaty playground where we get to practice being 'unshakeable,' building the patience and steady inner listening needed to anchor you in a chaotic world. We push our limits in class so that when life throws you a curveball—whether it's a high-stress day or a tough conversation—you already know how to access that calm, expansive space and handle it with a little more grace than you ever thought you could.”

“My "a-ha" moment arrived when I discovered that the heat provided the perfect efficiency I craved—combining cardio, toning, and stress relief without the wear and tear of high-impact training. As a mother of two toddlers, I know firsthand that self-care is essential; for me, this practice transformed me from feeling depleted and overwhelmed to feeling capable, grounded, and present.
My teaching impact is rooted in shifting you from a place of initial overwhelm to one of joyful confidence. Entering my class feels like "living your best life in the club," where high-energy beats and a "party animal" vibe make the hard work feel like a celebration. By encouraging you to drop comparison and move with intention, I help you realize your own strength. You’ll walk away with a lifted mood, a stronger body, and the resilience to handle life’s busiest seasons.”

“My journey started when I was a guest in an IHP class; it was challenging, but the encouraging community hooked me immediately. I decided to teach because I wanted to share that feeling of support and cheer others through their own transformations. Personally, this practice has been a healing force for me, improving my cardio health and helping me recover from hip flexor issues through targeted bridges and core work.
In my classes, I focus on the impact of the "inner win." Every time you show up on your mat, you are choosing to connect deeper with yourself and invest in your mental, physical, and emotional health. To keep the energy high, I curate playlists with a wide variety of fun songs so that the hard work feels like a celebration. While the heat is a challenge at first, my favorite moment is watching a student who usually modifies an exercise choose an up-leveled movement because they’ve finally noticed their own growing strength. You will leave my class feeling confident, strong, and absolutely ready to take on your day.”

“I began practicing Bikram yoga in 2010 during a time when my lifestyle was toxic, and the detoxifying nature of the heat was an absolute godsend. Over twelve years of practice, this yoga helped me shed old addictions to substances and food that no longer served me. My journey eventually led me to follow my gut instinct in 2022 to become a certified teacher, making this practice the primary focus of my energy. Yoga has taught me the true meaning of union: the realization that my behavior off the mat is deeply connected to what happens on the mat.
In my classes, I aim to lead by example and hold a sacred space for you to push past your preconceived limits. The most common challenge I see is an attachment to stories about injuries or limitations; I’m here to help you rewrite those narratives. For me, the most rewarding part of teaching is witnessing a student’s very first 26&2 class evolve into a consistent practice. I know firsthand the benefits of showing up for yourself, and I am driven by the knowledge that as you improve yourself, you are improving the world around us.”
