NEW TO OUR STUDIO?

HERE ARE SOME TIPS TO ENSURE YOU HAVE A FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE:

ARRIVE EARLY: ARRIVE AT LEAST 10 MINUTES EARLY TO ALLOW TIME FOR CHECK-IN, GETTING SETTLED, AND FAMILIARIZING YOURSELF WITH THE STUDIO.

PRE-REGISTER: PRE-REGISTER FOR THE CLASS BY CLICKING HERE. THIS WILL SAVE YOU TIME AT CHECK-IN AND GUARANTEE YOUR SPOT IN THE CLASS.

PLAN TO BE ON YOUR MAT FIVE MINUTES BEFORE CLASS BEGINS.

WHAT TO BRING + WEAR: YOU WILL SWEAT! WEAR COMFORTABLE WORKOUT CLOTHES, A TOWEL FOR YOUR YOGA MAT, AND BRING A LARGE WATER BOTTLE. WE RENT YOGA MATS AND TOWELS IF YOU DON’T HAVE ONE.

HYDRATE! IT'S CRUCIAL TO DRINK PLENTY OF WATER BEFORE, DURING, AND AFTER CLASS.

BE OPEN AND HAVE FUN! WE'RE ALL ABOUT COMMUNITY HERE AT 33 HOT YOGA. THIS IS A SPACE WHERE EVERYONE FEELS WELCOME, REGARDLESS OF THEIR EXPERIENCE LEVEL. THERE ARE NO RIGHT OR WRONGS IN YOGA, AND ONLY YOU KNOW WHAT YOUR BODY CAN AND CANNOT DO.

NO TWO BODIES ARE THE SAME: SHARE ANY INJURIES AND/OR SPECIAL REQUESTS WITH YOUR INSTRUCTORS. THIS WILL ENSURE THEY PROVIDE YOU WITH VARIATIONS THAT WILL WORK BEST FOR YOU.

NEED TO CANCEL? WE HAVE A 2-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY. LATE CANCELLATIONS MAY RESULT IN A FEE OR LOSS OF CLASS CREDIT, SO PLEASE GIVE US AS MUCH NOTICE AS POSSIBLE.
